How to put your shocks together

Your new Big Shocks need to be released before the springs can go on.

  Notice the shaft is out a inch or less.

Push down steady till shock compresses.

Shaft out.

Shaft compressed.

Now you can extend the shaft all the way.

Remove heim joint. (We use red colored oil on the threads)

Now remove the billet cap.

Now remove the slider.

Open your spring boxes.

All Blue-Coil springs have a spring rate sticker on them.

Refer to your spring chart and install your springs. (Short or lighter rate spring on first)

Install the slider between the springs.

Install the top spring.

Install the billet cap.

Install the heim joint. DO NOT USE lock-tite. or threadlocker.  We use Permatex oil (engine assy. lube)

Tighten heim till shaft turns. Do Not use pliers or vise-grips on shaft. Seal damage will ocure.
