Repair Service

Plan on 2-3 weeks down time to get shocks returned. Shipping time is unknown? 1-2 weeks turn around time at Big Shocks. 

All Springs must be removed.

Shocks MUST be clean (freshly power washed) No mud, dirt or grease. Dirty shocks get a $50.00 per shock wash fee.

Return shipping will be added to repair order. Damaged shocks will get a repair estimate after tear down. If repairs are declined, customer pays return shipping on disassembled parts.

REBUILD
Rebuild includes new oil, seals, polish shock shaft, and labor.
