How to receive a RGA Number (Return Goods Authorization Number) .

Big Shocks – Return Policy & Return Goods Authorization Number Instructions 
Please read this sheet before returning any product.


1. Processing Fee Notice
• All sales incur a non refundable payment processing fee (minimum 4%).
• This fee applies whether your order has shipped or not.


2. Inspect Your Shipment
• Open all packages within 3 days of delivery.
• Issues reported after 3 days cannot be covered.


3. RGA Shipping Deadline
• Once approved, your RGA must be shipped within 7 days.
• Packages received after 7 days will be refused, and return shipping will be your responsibility.


4. Return Requirements
• Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. (Pictures required to get RGA number)
• Retail/product packaging must be placed inside a shipping box.
• Do NOT put shipping labels on product boxes.


5. Restocking Fee
• All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.


6. Refund Details
• No processed order is eligible for a full refund due to payment processing fees.
• After 30 days from purchase, returns are no longer accepted.


7. Shipping Your Return
• Use UPS or FedEx only. USPS is not accepted.
• Big Shocks is not responsible for lost/damaged return shipments—insure your package.

8. Missing Paperwork
• Returns without proper documentation are stored for 30 days, then discarded.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to include all paperwork and RGA information.


9. Customer Shipping Responsibility
• Customer pays all return shipping costs.
• Shipping costs are non refundable.
• Use tracking and insurance for items over $75.
