How to receive a RMA Number.
Please Read in entirety
***Please Note: ALL processed sales incur a processing fee. Credit card / processing fees are charged to Big Shocks when purchases are made and again if refunds are issued. These fees are NOT refundable in any circumstance, whether the product has shipped or not. Please read below for more details ***
***All shipments need to be opened within 3 days of delivery to confirm contents of goods. Any concerns after 3 days of delivery will not be the responsibility of Big Shocks.***
Please note: any approved RMA MUST be shipped within 7 days of receiving approval. Due to recent fraud we will not accept packages outside of this window. Customers who ship outside of this window will have a null/void RMA and will be responsible for paying return shipping to receive their item back.
Please Read The Below Info and Understand Before attempting to return goods. Note: Not all goods qualify for returns and fees may apply.
RETURNS
Submit an RMA Request for approval only after reading the information below.
Items are NOT to be returned in their retail packaging. Retail packaging/boxes must be shipped inside a shipping box. Do not affix a label to a retail or product box. Item will not be accepted and customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping for non accepted product.
Approved Items are Subject to a 25% restock fee.
No Processed Orders will be 100% refunded. We are charged a processing fee for orders which totals 4% minimum, which is not refundable to us and therefore will not be returned to you. If your order has not shipped we will subtract this 4% fee from any refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You now own the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and UNOPENED in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping
Please ship your product UPS or Fedex. We do not accept USPS as a valid shipping option as they do not properly insure or guarantee delivery of packages. Please note, we cannot take responsibility for packages not delivered or delivered safely. Please insure your packages so that in the event the shipping company loses or damages the product you may seek repayment by shipping company. We will not be responsible.

Restock Fee:
Returns not used or damaged will be subject to 25% restock fee. This covers repackaging, and our team's time.
Items Shipped with Improper RMA Requests Filed/Filled Out:
It is your duty to fill out paperwork and follow proper procedures. Items sent without documentation will be placed on a shelf for 30 days. After that time we will discard these items. Our system is not capable of processing returns without proper paperwork/channels followed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
